You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and Orders

SlimTide is sold as a dietary supplement. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes and reflect our best effort at accuracy at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or limit order quantities.

All orders are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. We do not enroll customers in recurring subscriptions without clear, separate consent.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Free shipping applies to 3- and 6-bottle packages as stated on the Site at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados, rather than in court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
