All SlimTide purchases are covered by the manufacturer's 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee from the original date of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

• The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase date
• You must have used the product for at least 30 days to give it a fair trial
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• Opened or partially used bottles are accepted — you do not need to return all bottles
• Digital bonus books included with your order are non-refundable

What Is NOT Covered

• Requests submitted after the 60-day guarantee period
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
• Purchases showing a pattern of repeated ordering and refunding

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us at support@usa-slimtide.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the standard return and refund process applies.

USA-SlimTide.com does not charge any subscription fees, renewal fees, or recurring charges. All purchases are one-time transactions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support team immediately with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. Damaged or incorrect items are typically replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). For orders that qualify for free shipping (3-bottle and 6-bottle SlimTide kits), no return shipping fee is charged.
